Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez celebrate Justin’s 17th birthday dinner with Chris Brown and friends at Maggiano’s Little Italy at The Grove in Los Angeles, CA. Justin and Selena were swarmed by photographers.

At around minute 2:20, you can hear the Paparazzi creaming as he in pain the same time Justin starts the car. It is very possible the car was ran over paps foot.
It is hard to see in this video but you can definitely hear one of the Paparazzi yelling out in pain.
